Digital Roundtable White Paper
For this project, I was tasked with designing a report for a white paper based on an AI-focused roundtable where industry experts discussed key topics and issues. Once the writer completed the copy, I formatted it into a visually appealing, reader-friendly layout. Making complex topics digestible is a fun challenge, and I had the opportunity to start fresh with this new project idea. My goal was to keep the design clean and straightforward, following brand guidelines to ensure consistency. We also had the goal of creating a design that could be templated for future white papers.

Legislative Impact Report Design
This report design tackled an information-heavy layout, with the primary goal of organizing content into easily digestible sections. I spent significant time selecting the most suitable images and created new icons to enhance the company’s icon library, all while maintaining brand consistency in line with company guidelines. To streamline the editing process, we used Adobe Acrobat’s online review tool, allowing collaborators to comment directly on the document. This approach eliminated the need for multiple PDF versions in email threads, addressing a long-standing challenge in our workflow.
